How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart.

The items sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, certain products will sell out. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?

Size guides are included in product descriptions. All of our products are standard fits, if you usually fit a medium - buy a medium. Swapping sizes after purchase will be subject to availablity and our discretion. Re-delivery charge may apply.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We can only accept PayPal transactions.

Can I track my order?

For Austrlian orders, tracking details will automatically send to your email address from AusPost when your item is shipped. Please note that pre-order items will not ship immediately and you will not receive an email until the item is on it's way. Contact us if you have ordered internationally and require help locating your delivery.

When will my order will shipped?

Pre-order items' dispatch and delivery dates are specific and will vary. All pre-order items will advise their relevant time frames in the product description. Stocked items that are not on pre-order will be shipped out ASAP.
